Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Web Developers with the following qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or web design from a recognized academic institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with XHTML (e.g. 1.0 strict), HTML, and CSS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Document conversion (Word, PDF) using advanced Adobe Dreamweaver techniques
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with W3C code validation
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with WCAG (2.0) Web Accessibility (e.g. creating accessible tables)
  • Valid Government of Canada Secret Level II security clearance granted by CSP/PSPC

Rated Criteria:

  • Experience in image creation and modification using advanced Adobe Software (e.g. Photoshop, Snag-It)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and providing web publishing services
  • Experience creating and programming PDF forms (Adobe LiveCycle)
  • Experience using Web Experience Toolkit (WET) templates (WET 3.1 or WET 4) based on the practice of Canada.ca content style guide and Canada.ca Information Architecture Specification and work with Adobe Experience Manager
