DESCRIPTION: Nortak Software is currently seeking IT Programmer/Analysts with the following qualifications:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Ten (10) years of work experience as a Programmer/Analyst developing enterprise-level, Java-based web applications
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in each of the following: J2EE, Spring Frameworks, SpringBoot, JSP, JMS, AJAX, JavaScript, JUnit, XML, JSON, SQL, Web Services (SOAP and RESTful), Enterprise-level application servers, OpenID Connect / OAuth 2
• Must have work experience developing web applications using Java 11 or higher
• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a Programmer/Analyst no teams with a minimum of three (3) developers
• Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC

RATED CRITERIA:

• Experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA, Web Experience Toolkit (WET), Canadian Centre for Cyber Security guidelines
• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle 14C (or greater) Application/WebLogic Server, Oracle 19C (or greater) Database, Struts, iText, Hibernate, JQuery
• Should have a minimum of six (6) months of experience developing software in a team coding environment (minimum of three (3) developers) using Eclipse / MyEclipse integrated with a distributed source control system like Git / GitHub
• Should have a minimum of twelve (12) months of experience providing operations support for enterprise level web applications by investigating production issues, debugging application logic and preparing database adjustments
