DESCRIPTION: Nortak Software is currently seeking Programmer/Analysts with ASP development experience with the following qualifications:

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum ten (10) years professional work experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst responsible for enhancement and maintenance of software for analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing

·         Minimum eight (8) years professional work experience performing ASP Classic programing for applications that are: transactional, web based, forms based, and with multi step business processes

·         Minimum eight (8) years professional work experience developing web applications connecting to a relational database

·         Minimum eight (8) years professional work experience designing within an Oracle database using Oracle 10.x or greater

·         Minimum eight (8) years professional work experience developing SQL statements and PL/SQL stored procedures

·         Valid Government of Canada Secret Level II security clearance granted by CSP/PSPC

RATED CRITERIA:

·         Experience in developing applications that incorporate business workflows

·         Experience supporting a diverse clientele in relation to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of business applications

·         Experience developing technical documentation

·         Experience conducting working group sessions/interviews with stakeholders to develop technical specifications

·         Experience maintaining a Grants and Contributions business application

LOCATION OF WORK:

·         Hybrid: Remote + Ottawa (NCR)
