DESCRIPTION: Nortak Software is currently seeking Project Leaders with the following qualifications:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a recognized Canadian academic institution or validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service
· Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in Agile product management including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement
· Minimum two (2) years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmap planning
· Minimum two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years managing a software development team of at least three (3) people
· Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
RATED CRITERIA:
· Within the past 5 years, delivered backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery
· Within the past 5 years, delivered on projects that required engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements or feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery
· Within the past 5 years, delivered on products that required coordinating with software development teams to support timely completion of features, iterations, or releases

DESCRIPTION: Nortak Software is currently seeking Programmer/Software Developers with the following qualifications:
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field from a recognized Canadian academic institution or validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service
· Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in full-stack development using TypeScript, JavaScript, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and HTML/CSS
· Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years working with relational/SQL databases developing data models/schema
· Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years using Docker, git version control, and CICD tooling such as Github, Azure DevOps, Gitlab, etc.
· Minimum three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years developing Cloud based full-stack web applications, and working as part of an Agile and/or Scrum team
· Valid Government of Canada Reliability Status security screening granted by CSP/PSPC
RATED CRITERIA:
· Within the past 5 years, and as part of a delivery team, developed or significantly enhanced products for full-stack functionality in modern web application environments
· Within the past 5 years, completed products involving the sustainment, enhancement, or scaling of an existing production application, particularly where the work supported broader user adoption, additional stakeholder groups, increased functionality, or improved operational continuity
· Within the past 5 years, delivered software implementations that used DevSecOps-aligned practices, such as containerization, source control, CI/CD pipelines, or automated testing, in support of a cloud-based application environment

Description: Nortak Software is currently seeking Business Analysts with the following qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant area of study from a recognized academic institution
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst for IT projects
- Experience with various project methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication skills having experience delivering presentations, conducting JAD sessions, preparing status reports
- Excellent writing and analysis skills having experience with creating documentation including business requirements documents (BRD), business cases, use cases, use case models, conducting options analysis, business service blueprints, user stories, technical & business process flows, process maps, data flow diagrams, systems diagrams, context diagrams, customer journey maps, etc.
- Experience developing cost-benefit analysis and conducting feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives
- Experience developing functional and non-functional requirements, leading and facilitating in-depth workshops to elicit, review, document and confirm business requirements, business process re-engineering, business models, business rules and user interface design, in order to create the technical framework/specifications for development of the business solution and/or infrastructure services or platforms
- Experience working as liaison between cross-functional teams of the client business units and the IT team
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Valid CRJMC security clearance or ability to obtain

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Tester / QA Specialist
- Experience planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts
- Experience with quality assurance and testing, executing functional tests, non-functional tests, regression tests, systems level integration tests, data migration tests, load and performance testing, etc.
- Experience with manual testing
- Experience with automated testing using industry standard test tools
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
- Valid CRJMC security clearance or ability to obtain
